It has a self leveling system for easy set up. With aluminum frame and fiberglass walls, this unit is rated for four seasons. It features two A/C units, furnace and electric fireplace. Base weight 14,054lbs and carrying capacity of 2,746lbs. Fresh water tank 91 gal. Grey water tank x2 53 gal each. Black tank x2 53 gal. each. This camper has been used with love. There are some minor cosmetic flaws. Windows are intact. The bubble wrap is for sun protection and we cover the windows when it goes into storage.
